1. You may NOT use another player's character without permission. If you are caught doing it, you will be issued a warning for the first time, second time your role play will not count, and the third time you will be suspended and or stripped of your title if you are a champion.
2. No personal attacks on other people on the OOC or the role play boards. If this happens, then you will be suspended.
3. If you have a problem with a match result, PM me. No public tirades anywhere on the boards. If any action is taken as a result, you will be fired.
4. No racial remarks AT ALL.
5. Keep all language and sexual content to a PG-13 rating. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. Do not abuse, maim and or kill the interviewers without permission.
7. Original Characters only. Fantasy Fights will not accept real fighters or any likeness thereof. We will, however, accept real people who are not celebs as posers, but that is it.
8. NO ADVERTISING! You will be auto IP banned for it. If you want to be an affiliate, PM President Davis.
9. The quality of your role play will determine the Push stat in the wrestling simulator that Fantasy Fights uses, or the quality of the result for any boxing or kickboxing match. If you spend no time on it, or if it is bad, you will get a short and rubbish match. If the opposite is true, then you will get good results on your match. If one person role plays but the other doesn't, then it will be a one sided match(a squash).
10. If both players don't rp for their match, then the match will be canceled or something will happen that will produce a no contest result.
11. Only five active competitors MAX are allowed in a team at any given time. Only one manager may be in a stable.
12. Only two active singles competitors is allowed per handler at a time. If it becomes clear that you can not handle the responsibility, I will ask you to retire a competitor. If you do not make the choice, I will do it for you!
13. Check the Roster board to make sure that no one else has the theme song that you want. If they do, you can PM them and talk to them, but if they don't want to change, then you must select a different one.
14. President Davis is lenient on holidays or any other emergencies. If said emergency prevents you from accessing a computer, or the internet, you are expected to tell me as soon as you are able to get online. If you need to take a non-emergency break, then you must role play for your current match and then post in my "office" to request a Leave of Absence.
15. There is a 45 day rematch clause available to former champions who have recently lost their titles. To claim a rematch, say so in my "office".
16. There is a minimum 10 day mandatory medical suspension after any contest, unless seriously injured.
Role Play Rules
1. Check each card thread for the final role play date and time. If there is any uncertainty, ask a staff member.
2. Stick to the role play limits. If you go over the amount of role plays allowed, the role plays that are under the limit will count while the others will not.
3. Deadline bombing is not allowed for your first role play. President Davis reserves the right to not count any role play if I believe that it is posted for that expressed purpose.
4. There is no role play word count minimums, but if this is abused, one can be in place.
5. All role play deadlines are in central time(GMT -6) and observes Daylight Savings time according to the laws of the United States.
How Role Plays Work
1. The first role play deadline is 24 hours from the date posted on the card thread. If you miss this deadline, you are still allowed to post your first role play up to the deadline posted, but you may not post a second role play. If you miss the posted deadline, you are considered a no show. After 4 no shows, you are suspended indefinitely until you talk with President Davis or the commissioner. If you no show one more time after that, you are fired.
2. On PPV matches, you are allowed to role play up to three times. First role play deadline for PPVs is 6PM on Saturday, second role play deadline is midnight on Sunday morning, and the deadline will be posted for your third.
3. You may not rehash role plays. This means that you can not use role plays that you have used in another fed. If I find out that this has happened, your role play will not count. If a match has already taken place, the decision will be reversed and if you have won a title, it will be stripped.
Championship Rules
1. Each Champion must defend their championship on a regular basis. This means that, barring serious injury, you must defend your title when you are medically cleared to up to 45 days.
2. While overall authority on who the champion will face next will rest with President Davis, a Champion may recommend who he wants to face next out of the three contenders that are listed in his weight class. The only way that the decision is out of everyone's hands is when the rematch clause is invoked.
3. Champions that sustain a serious injury must vacate their championship to a interim champion for the duration of their recovery. When recovered, the injured champion will then have the option of challenging the interim champion, whoever he may be at the time, to unify the title or he may take another fight in which case, forfeits his right to seek unification.
4. No Champion may at any time during his reign seek a fight outside his championship weight class. This means that you can not seek a Super heavyweight fight when you are a heavyweight champion.
2. No personal attacks on other people on the OOC or the role play boards. If this happens, then you will be suspended.
